Kindly be advised that our facility is not designed as a retail store. Hence, orders must be placed online, as we do not have a showroom for viewing our products.

We have warehouses located in Etobicoke ,Ontario Canada , from where we dispatch our candle-making supplies promptly. Orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day from our warehouses in Canada, ensuring speedy delivery to our esteemed customers.

Please note that LuxyM provides a pickup option for local customers . Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours and can be collected from our location at 270 Rexdale Boulevard, 2A, Toronto, ON M9W 1R2, Canada.

If you opt for a pickup order, please allow a minimum of one to two business days for us to process your order. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email confirmation, including the scheduled date and time for pickup.
