Shipping Terms and Conditions

U.S. Orders: Please note that all shipments from Canada to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and UPS brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Canada & U.S. Orders: In order for us to offer the best and most competitive prices for our customers, we have the following shipping terms and conditions:

• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday morning.

• We strive to fit all purchased items into one box in a neat and secure fashion to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition at the best value.

• Please be mindful of the tracking number provided. At the time of fulfillment, a tracking number is sent to the email you provided.

• Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need your order expedited, please request this by phone or email.

• Orders are not typically shipped on Sundays or Saturdays unless prior arrangements have been made.

• We reserve the right to change or modify your shipping selection to better meet the requirements of the items ordered, allow for expedited service, better protect contents, or better align with incurred shipping charges.

• We reserve the right to bill for shipping charges in the case of a quote error or if an invalid shipping option was selected at checkout.

• Your order may be held until the shipping charges are paid and processed.

• Any damage to items must be reported back to LuxyM Supply within 7 days of receipt in order to be eligible for replacement items or refunds.

Pre-Order

Purchasing Out-of-Stock Items or Pre-Ordering Items: Customers may, in most cases, purchase items that are not currently in stock on LuxyM. These transactions are considered Pre-Ordered Purchases and will be released and shipped on the estimated availability date listed on the product page.

All items in the shopping cart are configured and priced to be shipped together. If a cart or invoice contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, the entire order will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item becomes available.

If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, we recommend placing multiple orders. We reserve the right to bill for extra shipping charges if you request in-stock items shipped separately from pre-ordered items when they were originally purchased together.
