This is a private instructional training session focused on technique, formulation, testing, troubleshooting, and proper candle production — not a recreational workshop experience.

What You Will Learn

During your private candle making training, we will cover:

• Different candle waxes, including soy, para-soy, and coconut blends
• How to choose the right wax for your candle
• Fragrance load and scent throw
• How to calculate fragrance percentages correctly
• Correct wax and fragrance temperatures
• Wick sizing and wick selection
• How to prevent tunneling and poor burn performance
• How to calculate the correct amount of wax for different candle vessels

Hands-On Candle Making

During the session, you will make two 8 oz scented candles using LuxyM candle-making materials.

You will learn how to:

• Prepare and wick your candle vessels
• Calculate and measure the correct amount of wax
• Melt wax safely
• Measure fragrance oil correctly
• Add fragrance at the appropriate temperature
• Pour your candles properly
• Finish and trim your candles
• Prepare your candles for curing and testing

Private 1:1 Training Policy

This is a private instructional appointment reserved for one participant only.

To provide proper individualized instruction and maintain a safe workspace while working with hot wax and fragrance oils, additional guests, observers, children, helpers, or shared participation are not permitted during the session.

If two people would like private candle-making training, each person must book a separate training appointment.

Booking & Rescheduling Policy

All private candle-making training sessions are by appointment only.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Because materials and workspace are prepared specifically for your session, bookings are non-refundable.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered final and cannot be rescheduled.

Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled training time. If a participant arrives more than 20 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled.

LuxyM reserves the right to reschedule an appointment when necessary. If LuxyM needs to reschedule your training, an alternative date will be provided.
