Ready-to-order Private Label Candles allow you to choose from our standard vessel, fragrance and lid options and purchase directly online in samples or packs of 12.
Custom Candle Projects are designed for larger quantities, corporate gifting, special branding, custom requirements or projects that need personalized pricing and production planning.

Private Label & Custom Candle FAQs
What are private label and custom candles?
Private label candles start from $22 per candle, sold in packs of 12. Pricing varies by vessel and options selected and is shown on each product listing. For 100+ candles, request a bulk quote for volume pricing.
When should I order online versus request a bulk quote?
For orders under 100 candles, order online as a sample or in packs of 12 and add your fragrance, lid, and wax choice (soy or coconut-apricot) in the Order Notes.
For 100+ candles or special project requirements, please request a bulk quote.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 12 candles per fragrance. Selected private label collections also offer a single candle sample so you can test your chosen options before placing a larger order.
What is the price per candle?
Private label candles are sold in packs of 12, and pricing varies by vessel and options selected. Current pricing is shown directly on each product listing.
For 100+ candles, please request a bulk quote.
Are samples available, and how much do they cost?
Yes. Single candle samples are available for $45 on selected private label collections, so you can test your vessel, fragrance and wax before placing a larger order.
Can I choose the candle jar and lid?
Yes. You can choose from LuxyM’s available candle vessels, colours, finishes and lid options. Vessel and lid availability may vary based on current inventory and order quantity.
What type of wax do you use?
We offer premium coconut-apricot wax and 100% soy wax. You can choose the wax that best fits your brand and candle preference.
Can I choose the fragrance?
Yes. Choose from LuxyM’s fragrance oil collection when placing your order. For larger projects, we can also discuss additional fragrance requirements.
Can LuxyM add my logo or custom label?
Yes. Choose our simple custom label option, send us your own finished labels to apply, or order your candles unlabelled and apply your labels yourself.
Do you offer custom candle boxes or packaging?
Not at this time. LuxyM currently offers candles and simple labeling, but custom candle boxes are not yet available.
How long does production take?
Most private label candle orders ship within 5–10 business days. For fully custom projects, production time may vary depending on design and volume.
Can I return or cancel a custom order?
Because each order is made to your specifications, private label and custom candle orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production begins. Please review your vessel, fragrance, wax and label details carefully before ordering. We recommend ordering a sample first. If anything arrives damaged, email us photos of the box and items within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
