Candle Wax Price Match Policy

At LuxyM Candle Supplier, we want you to shop with confidence and know that you’re always getting great value on your candle wax. That’s why we offer a Price Match Guarantee on all wax products.

How It Works

If you happen to find the (same wax, same brand, packaging, and weight) being offered at a lower regular price, let us know and we’ll happily match it.

To request a match, you’ll need to provide:

  • A link to a legitimate Canadian retailer’s website showing the lower price

  • The wax product details (brand, packaging, and weight must be identical)

We’ll review your request the same business day and confirm if it qualifies. If approved, you’ll receive a one-time discount code equal to the price difference so you can complete your order at the adjusted price.

Conditions

  • Applies only to identical wax products (brand, weight, and packaging).

  • Applies to regular pricing (not clearance, liquidation).

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

  • Applies only to Canadian sellers so your order is local and comparable.

  • The Price Match Guarantee applies only to regular pricing from legitimate Canadian retailers’ websites and does not apply to Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, private resellers, wholesale clubs, third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon or Etsy), or obvious pricing errors.

  • Price Match requests must be made at the time of purchase and apply only to current, active pricing. Past promotions or expired sales are not eligible for price matching.

  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the time of the price match.

  • Price comparison is based on the product price before taxes and shipping.

  • Price Match requests below LuxyM’s cost price or during competitor loss-leader promotions are not eligible.

How to Request a Price Match

When contacting us, please include:

  • The wax product you’d like to purchase

  • A link to where you saw the lower regular price

Once confirmed, we’ll provide you with a one-time discount code so you can complete your order at the matched price.

How You’ll Receive the Matched Price

Once approved, we’ll send you a one-time discount code equal to the price difference. You can enter this code at checkout to receive the adjusted price.
