100 ml Black matte Glass Spray Bottles ( 12 pcs) Including Cap

Edit 2/27/25: My review keeps disappearing. The company claims it wasn’t deleted but that the product is "no longer active"—yet older reviews are still visible. Reviews aren't tied to a specific cap color. If that were true, why aren’t all reviews gone? This is shady.

Last August 2024, I ordered the black matte bottles with gold caps and sprayers, expecting the true gold shown in the product images. Instead, the caps and sprayers were copper/orange gold, which was not accurately represented in the listing. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered.

Since they ship from Canada to Texas, shipping to me wasn’t cheap. The company admitted the listing was misleading but refused to refund my shipping costs. I returned the bottles and waited weeks for a refund—and heard nothing. They ignored my emails about it.

Only after I said I would dispute the charge with my bank did they finally issue my refund—but still refused to cover the shipping. I pushed back, explaining that I wouldn’t have purchased the bottles if their listing had been accurate. Again, they ignored me—until I said I’d take it up with my bank. Suddenly, they responded and fully refunded me.

This dragged on for weeks when it could have been handled professionally from the start.

As a small business owner, I know customer service is everything. This company only cares when their money is on the line. One star because the bottles are beautiful, but I won’t be ordering again.

Warning to buyers: If you only see positive reviews, it’s because they may be curating, deleting, or suppressing honest criticism. That alone should tell you everything.
